Aplainr Grown-up Utensils

I have the Montessori placemat from this brand and my 3yo has been requesting real silverware (not the toddler stuff) to place on the appropriate outlined spaces on the placemat. I am SO happy with this set. I was worried about the knives but they are not super sharp and closer to something you might find on a charcuterie board. My son is excited to learn how to cut his own food, and to use larger utensils like mom and dad! I appreciate the little organizer it came with, the three sets of each piece, and the overall weight of the silverware. I also REALLY appreciate that they are dishwasher safe, and one less thing I need to keep an eye out for when cleaning the dishes. I see these lasting a really long time and if they rust, I will come back and update my review. But so far so good! I did not see an age recommendation for this product listed (just toddler and preschool language), but I am not sure I would let my young 2yo use these just yet. The forks are a bit sharper than he is used to using and I am not sure he has the coordination to cut food, making the knives useless and probably just a power struggle right now. I am going to wait for him. Last point- the packaging this company uses is STUNNING. The placemat and/or this silverware set would be a great gift and possibly a great baby/sprinkle gift, too!

This is a 10 piece stainless steel set, that is also dishwasher safe. The utensils comes in a beautiful bamboo container, that can be used to store and hold the utensils. I think the handles are a little long for little hands and are perfect for my son who is 7. The knives have no blade but can help one learn how to cut food safely. The colors are neutral. Highly recommend.

This APLAINR Toddler Utensils are Terrific. I got this for my 4 year old Granddaughter and she loves to use them. You receive 3 Forks, 3 Knives, 3 Spoons and a Bamboo Tray for storage. On the Tray, it has the utensil marked, so toddlers know where each one goes. Made of Stainless Steel with plastic handles, that are perfect for little handles to hold on to. Very well made.
My Granddaughter loves to use these utensils. Since getting them, she uses them everyday. I even keep a set at my house for when she comes over and eats. This is great, especially for learning about other utensils and using them. Getting transitioned from baby spoons, these are Fabulous. Very happy with them. I would definitely get another set.
Price is a little high, but Great Set. Highly Highly Recommend Them. Would make a great gift too.

It's so fun receiving items from APLAINR: it's like opening a fancy gift. The packaging is solid and pretty, and the product is quality and smartly made. These utensils feel great, well-balanced and tough. My grandson is not feeding himself yet, but he is getting used to holding them. They will be fun to use with playdough, also when he is ready for that in a few months.
They seem pricy, but these are not going to warp or come apart - they are very well constructed.

I have 1.5 yr old toddlers. They are very interested in using utensils at mealtime. Easy to hold and use. This set is great for them to learn. I’m happy the utensils are stainless steel instead of plastic. I plan on putting this set in the drawer with the bamboo plate where my toddlers can easily access to promote independence. The only downside is the price. I personally would not pay that much for toddler utensils but others may consider this cheap/ affordable.

This is a really cute set. The handles are slim so easy to grip. The bamboo separator is pretty useless.

This set is so nicely made! I love the retro colors and the bamboo divider it comes in. You get a cream, green, and orange set. They are small enough for little hands but also big enough that I can use them as well. Definitely worth the price as these will likely last a lifetime!

Got these "grown up" utensils for my kid who's been desperately trying to steal our regular silverware at mealtimes. The bamboo organizer tray is a nice touch that keeps my kiddo weirdly excited about setting their own place at dinner (whatever works, right?). The fork tips are round enough that I don't have to hover anxiously during meals though I wish it was wider. The knife is basically just a butter knife with a fun handle, which is probably for the best. Along with good quality and materials, I recommend.

This is a great set for toddlers. I love that it allows them to be independent enough to set their own table and they're real silverware without being the same size as the adults. They're good quality and clean up easily. and the tray is fantastic for helping to keep things in their place.

Very nice my youngest little is getting older and I wanted her to have some more silverware that was bigger than the toddler sets she has been using for awhile and this one is perfect. I would have liked different colors but honestly the green, cream and orange are vibrant and pretty. The quality is excellent and these are the perfect size for her grip. They can be thrown in the dishwasher or hand wash which is great. The bamboo tray they come in is beautiful, however it was a pain to get it out of the box it was in. The round box is very snug around the tray I had to cut it out of the box which was beyond annoying and time consuming,
