Where do you ship to?

How can I cancel or change my order?
Once your order is processed, we're unable to edit or cancel it. For your specific inquiries email us at hey@aplainr.com— while we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations, we will do our best to help!
When will my order ship?
We process orders in 1-2 business days depending on the shipping option you selected.
We'll send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is handed over to the carrier.
For orders in the contiguous US, it can take up to 5 business days for your orders to arrive, depending on your shipping speed selection. Contact us at hey@aplainr.com with any further questions.
Can I expedite my shipping?
At checkout, you’ll have three shipping options, Standard, Expedited, and Priority. You can select the suitable one based on your needs.
If you'd like to change shipping option after placing your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible via email, hey@aplainr.com. While we cannot guarantee any changes, we will do our best to help!
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary based on selected shipping method. Your shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders of $50+.
My order is marked as delivered, but it never arrived?

The product I am looking to buy is sold out. When will you restock?
While we try our best to keep all our products in-stock, we do experience sell-outs. We are working on replenishing the sold-out products as quickly as possible. We recommend you to sign up to email list to be the first to receive updates on when our products are back in stock.

We offer a 30-day return policy on all orders.

Who designs Aplainr products?
Aplainr products are thoughtfully designed by us, the founders—both experienced engineers with advanced degrees (MSc and PhDs) and extensive backgrounds in research and development in Silicon Valley. After becoming parents ourselves, we decided to create the products we wanted to use with our own child. Every product is crafted with engineering precision and a deep understanding of practical parenting needs. While we lead the design process, we also consult with child development professionals to ensure our products support your child’s growth and development in the best possible way.
Are Aplainr products safe for my baby?
Your child's safety is top of mind in everything we do. Aplainr products are tested to meet—and, in many cases, exceed—global regulatory safety standards. Some of the overarching regulations we test include CPSIA and CSPA.
All Aplainr products are made from high-quality, food-grade materials like silicone and stainless steel. Our products are completely free from harmful chemicals like Cadmium, BPA, phthalates, and PVC.
How do I clean and care for Aplainr products?
All of our silicone and stainless steel products are dishwasher safe for easy cleaning. For more detailed instructions, please refer to specifications of each product.
Can I sterilize my Aplainr products?
All Aplainr silicone products can be sterilized.
What makes Aplainr Solid products heavy and sturdy? Are there inserts?
The heaviness of Aplainr Solid products comes from its thick, high-quality silicone construction. Our plate, bowl, and cup do not contain any inserts. The weighted base of each piece ensures they stay stable on the table, reducing spills and helping your child focus on enjoying their meal.
