Shipping policy
Aplainr ships Monday through Friday (excluding U.S. holidays).
We currently offer Standard, Expedited, and Priority shipping options. For Standard option, orders will be shipped within 2 business days and for Expedited and Priority options, orders will be shipped by the next business day.
Depending on the shipping speed selected during checkout, transit times can vary between 1-5 business days:
- Standard - 3-5 business days
- Expedited - 2 business days
- Priority - 1 business day
The time frames are estimated and may be subject to change.
Tracking orders
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and other shipment details such as carrier information and an estimated delivery date.
After your order is handed over to the carrier, they are responsible for updating your tracking information and delivering your item to you. Aplainr is not responsible for any deliveries affected by incorrect addresses provided or once they are scanned in by the carrier.
